We all have the same goal: to help students realize their full potential. The Tennessee Higher Education Commission regularly hosts webinars to support the efforts of educators, school counselors, and college access professionals as they work to help students enroll and succeed in higher education.
UPCOMING WEBINARS
May 1, 2026 Webinar: National Student Clearinghouse and Powerschool
Join the National Student Clearinghouse, PowerSchool, and the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC) for a practical, step-by-step webinar designed to help Tennessee high schools successfully implement the Clearinghouse Transcript Center using PowerSchool data.
In this one-hour training session, participants will be guided through the full end-to-end process; from exporting student data in PowerSchool to importing the data into the Clearinghouse Transcript Center for transcript submission, as well as submitting required data for FAST (Financial Aid System of Tennessee). PowerSchool and Clearinghouse consultants will be driving the webinar with their expertise. Further, this session will include real-world insights from a former school counselor with hands-on experience using the PowerSchool SIS, who will share lessons learned and best practices from implementing these workflows in a live school environment.
