High schools and higher education institutions can send free electronic transcripts today using the Tennessee Electronic Transcript Exchange, in partnership with the National Student Clearinghouse.
If your school is already using the transcript exchange to send transcripts, here is your login.
The Electronic Transcript Exchange Network provides a means for Tennessee high schools to submit transcript data to higher education institutions for admissions purposes and to TSAC for Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship (TELS) eligibility determination. Beginning in the 2016-17 school year, the State of Tennessee has transitioned to the National Student Clearinghouse as its new electronic transcript exchange vendor. NSC is a nonprofit and the largest provider of electronic transcript services in the United States. To date, 225 of the state’s 432 public high schools have joined the network.
High schools and districts can sign up to join the free Tennessee Electronic Transcript Exchange Network at https://studentclearinghouse.info/tn/
“I am excited about this functionality. Coming from a former high school counselor, this would have made my job much easier. The documentation made completing the steps incredibly easy, and now school administrators have an easier system to enter records for the Tennessee Promise Scholarship.”
– Beau Stanley, Team Leader of Student Information Systems, Knox County Public Schools. Knox County Public Schools was one of the first in the state to use the new Electronic Transcript Exchange Network.
